Description

The two-bedroom, 1.5 bath home features an open loft primary bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet with dresser, and direct access to the primary bath with double sinks. Sliding wood panels can be used to close it off for privacy as needed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and features a private east facing deck for mornings in the sun.
The main living space features a wood ceiling with vigas, a recently refurbished kiva style fireplace, and cozy living and dining areas. The portal off the dining area faces west towards the tree lined arroyo. Enjoy the natural shade and sounds of nature right in the city.
Off the kitchen is a powder room and washer dryer area. The one car attached garage is also available for guest use.
