Close to the Santa Fe Plaza? You bet. This well designed 1700 sq. ft. condo is a short stroll to the Plaza, restaurants and just a block to the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. From the front entry, you are greeted by the wood staircase leading upstairs. There is a front hall closet and powder room off the entry leading to the kitchen.The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel Jenn-aire appliances. All your needs will be found in the kitchen whether you are preparing a gourmet meal or a quick sandwich before heading out to enjoy Santa Fe.
The luxurious open living and dining room is pure comfort. You can relax and watch a movie or read a good book in front of the gas fireplace. Through the French doors from the living room, you can access the small, intimate patio with dining table for four. (There is a communal front patio area with BBQ for your grilling needs).
Upstairs you will rest comfortably in the two bedroom suites each with a fabulous bath. The Master suite, with fireplace, offers a king bed with luxurious bath, with walk in shower and double sinks. A private balcony off the Master suite overlooks the garden and park area below. The Guest room features a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and abundant closet space. The master bedroom also provides a safe.
This condo boasts many features, including air conditioning; underground parking, washer/dryer and access to the gym (see photos) This property is a two-story unit with a steep set of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. The sofa in the living room is available for extra sleeping.

We are not able to accommodate arrivals on major holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving) During the Christmas and New Year’s Season, certain arrival dates may be implemented.

Really loved the place. The location was within walking distance, well-maintained, spacious, we really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves - especially the big table for visiting. The outdoor area, nice and cool in the morning, allowed us to hang out and drink coffee and visit, which was lovely. Thank you!

The condo itself is lovely. It is nicely appointed with a fully furnished kitchen. Light switches and equipment (TV, appliances, etc) are labeled or user manuals provided to eliminate guesswork. The complex is very quiet and the residents are friendly. The location is ideal, close to the Plaza and other Santa Fe attractions.
