Classy, intimate and well appointed - this home enjoys a comfortable sitting area around the fireplace. From the living area are French doors to open to the private sitting area that wraps around the property.
Each bedroom offers a queen bed with beautiful linens and decor. The master bedroom opens up to the private patio area with sitting areas to relax.
The home is well decorated with original art throughout.
The property is equipped with air conditioning for those warm Santa Fe nights.
Off street parking for one car. No pets or smokers, please. This property has no phone land line.

We worked with Elaine and she made everything a breeze. Every question that I had was answered right away. We got a confirmation very quickly after filing out the forms. We arrived in Santa Fe when the office was closed and the keys were waiting in the locked dropbox outside. The directions to the house were clear and Marina's Casita was better than we expected.

Marina's Casita was the perfect place to stay in Santa Fe for our 8 day visit. The location was very convenient so we could walk everywhere. The casita was cosy, beautifully decorated, light filled, and very comfortable. Downtown Subscriptions was right across the street with excellent coffee. The kitchen was well appointed to create meals whenever we cooked. There was plenty of room for us to relax when we were not off seeing family or exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The outdoor space was beautiful but the weather was too cool to sit out there. There was a large parking spot right outside the gate which was wonderful. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a problem with accessing cable TV and called office. Your IT person was wonderful and followed thru so that we were able to access all available.

Overall outstanding property, location, service and comfortable. We liked it so much we had local friends over so they could recommend your company to their friends who needed accommodations.
Loved the whimsical decoration. Very comfortable bed. Found two non down pillows in closet. Allergic to down so didnt have to call for assistance.

Both Elaine and Marilyn are responsive to questions and are very easy to work with in general.

We love the look of the property. It's tastefully designed for airy, open and relaxed living. Its location offers an easy walk to Canyon Road, a two-minute drive to Marcy Street or Palace Avenue but it's also a quiet place for a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Because we know it's important, we would let people know the Wifi is good. And we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the wonderful coffee place just across the street. Downtown Subscription makes a great latte which you can sip in their garden.
The design and layout of the Casita's living/dining area is airy and comfortably contemporary. It was always a pleasure after a busy day to come "home" and relax in the beautiful indoor setting or open the doors and settle on the loungers outside.

We had a rocky start, but problem solving must be the teams forte. We came to an agreeable solution that worked out perfect. The teams committment to quality experiences was quite evident. We were thankful we had choosen to work with such a professional company.

The Casita was amazing - upscale and homey at the same time. It met the needs of 2 couples perfectly and all agreed that we wished we could move right in! We could not have asked for a nicer stay (unless you added a hot tub, wink wink).
