The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a breakfast island. The kitchen patio with Weber grill offers privacy for intimate outdoor dining. The comfortable formal dining room is located next to the living room which has another classic kiva fireplace.
This home sits on a huge fenced in property with mature and wonderful landscaping and vegetation. A small balcony off of the living room, overlooking the garden, offers a peaceful start to the day. A large patio nestled under the cottonwoods in the quiet garden provides a perfect setting for summer evening entertaining and dining.
