Fresh, full of sunshine and glorious views! This stunning vacation home is private and tucked away, yet only approximately 2 miles to the Historic Santa Fe plaza. The home with attached guest house offers two complete living areas and two crisp white kitchens. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has views of three mountain ranges, sunsets and sparkling city lights and the views extend to the portal where alfresco dining is available for 10. The guest wing offers a private entrance as well as its own view deck. The home sits on 4 acres with beautiful vegetation and a private hot tub to take in the exceptional views. Four fireplaces are a delight on cool evenings and the home is air conditioned for warm summer days.  The home has a 70" HD TV in the main living area and a 60" HD TV in the guest house living room. The master bedroom contains a 55" HD TV.  All TV's feature satellite with premium channels and some include Sonos sound system speakers and streaming channels.  There are gaming systems in the house that can be connected to some of the TV's.  High speed internet is provided.  Bedroom closets contain spa robes and humidifiers.   An attached 2 car garage provides parking in addition to the front entrance drive. The home is comfortable, luxurious and quiet and the sky is filled with twinkling stars! Beds: King in Master - XL twins or Kings in Guest bedrooms and two sofa beds - sleeps 12 Minimum night stay may be required during peak seasons.

Minimum night stay must be approved by Manager for online bookings. During peak season, minimum night stay on most properties is seven (7) nights.  Please see our seasons under the Rates tab above. 

We are not able to accommodate arrivals on major holidays (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving) During the Christmas and New Year’s Season, certain arrival dates may be implemented.
